At Krazy Klean, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward returns process.
1. Returns Period
You may return your order for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team exclusively at krazykleanpro@gmail.com. Once your request is reviewed, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that all shipping costs are strictly non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Product Warranty
We are proud to offer industry-leading warranties on our Krazy Klean line to ensure long-term performance:
- Regular-Sized Krazy Klean: Covered by a 10-year warranty.
- Mini Krazy Klean: Covered by a 3-year warranty.
